- 1 tbl garlic salt
- 1 tbl Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Slice zucchini into spears
- Put zucchini in a large bowl and toss with the garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and olive oil
- Grill (or pan fry) for 15 minutes, or until the meat of the zucchini is somewhat translucent.
