Wow. Almost a month has gone by, and my whole life has changed.
I've officially left Boston.
26 boxes later, I'm even unpacked! (thank you, Mommy and Daddy).

I was in the car with my mom last night, driving through town on the way to Target. Of course, we had the radio on. As we drove through the all-too familiar streets of my hometown, what should come on the radio but Rod Stewart's Forever Young.

I hope you grow to be dignified and true

Be courageous and be brave

My mom just looked at me and nodded.

The decision to come home was a thousand times more brave than the decision to leave. At least, I think so. I finally had to admit to myself what I really want, and I had to give up something of a set-deal (the path to a Master's Degree). Now, I don't know when I'll get that degree...could be a year, could be two, could be never. It all depends on where I decide to go next year and who I meet before next year. I'm only answering questions about my future with the following: Well, this summer, I'll be in L.A. After that, who knows? I don't care if people look at me like I'm disorganized. I'm not disorganized. I'm honest.

In any case, I'm in love with California.

L.A. next week!!

Pinch me: In two weeks, I'll be interning for CNN Entertainment News!
