Photoshop: Slight Lighten

The next tutorial was about Pioneer Woman's "Slight Lighten" action.  I played with a photo of Ari.  I'll include the original and one that has been adjusted using Slight Lighten, Bring Out the Eyes, adjusting the levels a bit, and adjusting for skin tone.

I took the photo at 1600 ISO, with a custom white balance.
